Comments about Thule 50-Inch Load Bars - Pair:
This is an OK product if you don't mind wind noises. I returned these and got the Rapid Aero bars and what a difference. The Aero bars were so quiet, you wouldn't even notice that you have anything on your roof.
These tubular bars are OK if you don't mind wind noises. - Not for me.
As for esthetics, go for the Aero bars. When I have to remove my cargo box to get into a garage and leave the bars on top, these square tubular bars look so outdated.

What can you say about these bars? They get the job done, and they do it well. Don Montalvo, TX

Comments about Thule 50-Inch Load Bars - Pair:
The Thule system held my 62 pound canoe in place for 1400 miles on a recent trip to the Boundary Waters in Minnesota. During that time I drove 70 mph through 45 mph crosswinds and on rough backroads. The Thule load bars held firm. My canoe never budged. The whole system worked like it's supposed to!
