I bought these for the specific purpose of walking 2 dogs in the snow. They were a perfect choice. My feet were warm and dry. I had great traction in icy spots. And they were extremely comfortable, which I rarely find true of boots.

Great hiking boot! Good traction, snug, and comfortable. Good ankle support. I normally wear a 7.5 and I tried both the 7.5 and the 8 and they were true to size.
