Nice product with one oddity
These are a great pair of slippers. However, I'm puzzled as to why a loop is sewn on where the sole meets the heel. If the loop is to facilitate slipping them on, it ought to be at the top of the heel instead of halfway to the sole.

Nice, but can’t wear without socks
These slippers are very warm. The outermost layer is identical to the thermoball jackets Northface and Patigonia make. The problem with these slippers is there is a “thermoball” tag on the inner side of the heel on both slippers that rubs and constantly pokes you if you wear the slippers barefoot. The only way to not get it to bug you is to not fully secure your foot in the slipper, but instead wear them without the heel area holding your foot inside. This is annoying since your heel ends up getting cold while the rest of your foot is warm. I am really surprised the designers of these slippers included the tag since if you take a few steps in the slippers you immediately feel the tag poke your foot. I ordered these online so I didn’t figure this out till I tried them on at home. Overall, I would only recommend these slippers if you plan on wearing them with socks or not pulling the heel cup over the back of your heel.

I would by these again after the first pair wears out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wear them around the house, to take out the trash and retrieve the mail. They are comfortable and functional because they were designed with rubber soles and solid toe kick. They keep my toes warm on cold and chilly mornings which is a benefit they have over my adidalette slides that I own and utilize. The thermoball traction mule V are well designed; the only modification that I deemed necessary was to add a superfeet insole underneath the north face provided insole, which has a hard plastic heel for added support and comfort for my feet. I do believe that the north face logo on the side of the footwear should have been embroidered into the shoe instead of just being silk screened on them. I was quite disappointed after receiving the shoes in the mail opening the box and learning that was in fact the case. Regardless of that disappointment I decided to keep them and give them a chance to replace my adidalette slides. I would recommend the theroball traction mule V 's to my friends and associates.

Super warm/comfortable and great for quarantine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wear these all day when I'm home since they keep my feet warm on the hard wood floors. I do online school and these for perfectly for that too. Whenever I have to quickly run outside, these are perfect due to the tough rubber sole. Great warmth and versatility!

Cozy and stylish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a comfortable, cozy, and stylish alternative to my usual Nike slides. They keep my feet nice and warm and are very easy to slip-on to head out for a quick trip!

Near-perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason for a 4 out of 5 is the slipper is a bit tight (order size up if you're a half-size) and you can't "slip" into them unless opting for the heel-crush method. It's a cool product and I love the look and feel. Kind of want to wear these as outdoor shoes vs slippers - they're so much more than a slipper IMO. These could be outdoor winter shoes. The tread and seal just feels like I want to go out in the snow!

Was not disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time i saw these i knew i had to have them. Black tossed logo print were the one I chose to get and they are just as awesome as when I saw them online. I don't know if I got lucky but I ordered a size 10 which is my normal size and they fit just perfect. They are a lil snug but nothing to complain about I don't really notice it. Otherwise these will definitely keep your feet warm on a cold day. Also you might just be able to wear these with casual attire when going to run errands because they do look nice. I would definitely recommend these to anyone. I might just get the navy blue color next

Lettering falling off after 1 week

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lettering coming off after only a week of light wear, inside only. Contacted North Face customer service and they want me to send them to warranty department, which they said is very backed up due to Covid. So my only option is to wait until winter is over and then MAYBE get a replacement pair? I provided photos and a receipt. That is bad customer service.

comfortable slipper but not durable

The shoe looks good and feels good, but the heel has a small rip in the back after a month of light wear around the house. I bought them as lounge shoes for a ski trip in two weeks and now I'm afraid to take them with me in fear that they'll completely fall apart.

Would give this 4 stars with the exception of durability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall Great Shoe! Comfortable and warm. Warm to the point sometime I have to take them off as my foot gets too hot. Unfortunately not very durable as the yellow fabric on the back of the shoe has torn. Would have expected a little more durability considering 99% of the time I wear these walking around inside my house or to the mailbox.

Mens Thermoball

Love this footware so much that after a year of solid usage I purchased another pair! When worn outside there were so many complaints like “I love your shoes.” Comfortable and especially nice for long drives or flights.
