Comments about Merrell Delight Glove Wool Shoes - Women's - 2012 Closeout:
I love Merrell shoes and I know the size that fits me like a glove. That's why I was excited to buy this attractive shoe. However, as the other review states, the fit is uncomfortable. Toes feel cramped and rounded upward. Love the look of this shoe. Can't imagine who could wear them for more than an hour without pain.

Comments about Merrell Delight Glove Wool Shoes - Women's - 2012 Closeout:
I have to say first that I exchanged these for the Merrell Wonder Glove, which I love. It's a much better fit and barefoot feel, I think because of the softer sole and stretchier fabric of the upper.
These shoes fit strangely. The toes curl upward and the sole is stiff enough that it's still trying to curl when you're wearing it. The ball of the foot is also sort of narrow and pinch-y (I do have wide feet, but isn't the point of barefoot shoes to not impinge on the toes?). Again I think this may be because the wool fabric does not have enough give.
I gave them two stars because they're nice looking, which is hard to find in barefoot shoes. Like all Merrells, these seem to run a half size big - - I'm a 10 in most everything else but a 9.5 across the board in Merrell shoes.
I would also just like to mention that the anti-microbial footbed is not the same as anti-odor; closed toe shoes worn barefoot get smelly fast!

Comments about Merrell Delight Glove Wool Shoes - Women's - 2012 Closeout:
I bought these because I was looking for an everyday minimal shoe that mimics barefoot walking but is a bit more versatile than only wearing running shoes. And I love them! They are minimal so don't expect a cushy shoe but I find them lightweight and great for around town or traveling. They are a bit roomy width-wise but I don't wear socks and have a pretty narrow foot. Full price seems a bit much but on sale they are well worth the money!
