I'm 6'2" and weigh 230 lbs. Purchased the XL model. It did take a little effort to inflate but it was well worth it. It was very comfortable even when sleeping on my side.

I was looking for a good warm weather pad that was both lightweight and comfortable. I'm very comfort driven after spending my first 30 year sleeping on the ground!
The NeoAir is perfect combo of lightweight/comfort.
It packs up incredibly small, in fact it will shock you just how small this thing gets the first time you see it. It's very comfortable and doesn't have the crumbling paper sound that other pads like it have. It has plenty of loft to keep you off the ground and sleeping sound. It doesn't take a lot of lung power to inflate either.
I have the 25" version so it can fit in my Big Agnes bag sleeve, otherwise I wouldn't have mind trying the XL version.
No gripes at all, it's a great product. Would highly recommend.

USA Made good enough for me. sleeping bag did not slide around on it and was not noisy. I am 5'10'
225 pounds and slept like a baby on it. I use this for motorcycle camping, small pack size is perfect.
