The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Seattle Sports Blazer Red Rear Bike Light:
I live in a high bike crime city and was looking for bike lights that are cheap and can be mounted to my helmet (so as not to forget them on the bike). My goal was to find something small enough that I could mount it to the back of my helmet and forget it's there until I need it, with a side order of not being able to knock it off on accident after a couple pints.
Success.
The sports blazer is bright and can be seen from the front and sides. It comes with the silicone body in different colors. I selected red for contrast and the whole body of the light lights up, not just the clear panel (this probably wouldn't work in black). It's small enough to recess into the air vents on the back of my Giro helmet where it's tucked out of the way of all of the straps/my head, but the power button is still easy to press and the light is just there when I need it.
I haven't had it long enough to speak to the durability, weatherproof, or battery life, but even if it's not so durable or weather proof, it's so cheap that I didn't think my lack of knowledge was worth subtracting a star.
