Comments about Novara Stratos Bike Gloves - Women's:
I really like these gloves. I commute year around and these do the trick (unless it's really cold, but then you can add liners). Gloves are water resistant.

Comments about Novara Stratos Bike Gloves - Women's:
I became a bike commuter about a year ago, and bought these gloves after one disastrously cold, wet and miserable ride home. As soon as they arrived, these gloves made my rides immeasurably better. My hands are warm but not too hot, I can use my fingers easily, and the loosen/tighten drawstring around the wrist makes the gloves easy to get on and off in addition to providing a nice barrier to wind and rain/snow.
I cannot recommend these strongly enough, especially to anyone else biking through New England winters.

Comments about Novara Stratos Bike Gloves - Women's:
Looking for warmer gloves that I could wear biking into the low 30's and maybe high 20's (don't plan on riding below that!). Tried all sorts of 5 finger gloves and lobster gloves but most felt so bulky and/or stiff I didn't care if they could keep me warm. Tried these on and loved how easy it was be able to move my hand and fingers, how easy they were to put on and take off, and how easay the large guantlets were to just cover my jacket cuff and provide a seal without having to pull the jacket cuff over the glove. And the icing on the cake was that these things are great and keeping my hands and fingers warm. Have ridden in 29 degrees with no liners (though they fit comfortably enought to add those if you like) and my hands were toasty. And I'm someone who gets cold easily. May buy another pair because I'd hate to have to find another cold weather glove to match this one.

Comments about Novara Stratos Bike Gloves - Women's:
I bought these for cold weather travel because I liked to combo glove/mitten design. I used them with a merino glove liner in -20°F temperatures for a few hours at a time and was happy with their performance. The merged 4th & 5th fingers retained a little extra warmth for fingers that often go numb, and the isolated 1st-3rd fingers provided some dexterity.
As I am an occasional biker as well, I intend to use them for that purpose in future.

Comments about Novara Stratos Bike Gloves - Women's:
I live in Denver and it's chilly on the morning commute - usually 30ish, give or take 10. They are great above 30. I use a thin pair of gloves as a liner inside of them. The padding is great. Colder temps, below 20, they aren't amazing...the cold does get through. But they are better than other gloves I've used.

I was searching for the perfect winter Vespa riding glove for NYC riding. This glove has the perfect blend of windproofing and warmth, while still allowing for quick breaking and safe driving.

Comments about Novara Stratos Bike Gloves - Women's:
Have been looking for gloves for colder weather. Have different pairs that I'm wearing for 40 and above but needed something for below that. Rode once in 35 degree weather and these worked pretty well. Fits large enough that I can also were some liners underneath if it's colder, but not so large that I'm swimming in them otherwise. First pair of "lobster gloves" and I like that I have 2 fingers separate and 2 together. Plus the material/style provides plenty of flexibilty and function.
