Keen Kanyon Sandals - Men's
Be it water or land, your feet will remain comfortable and well-protected in the Keen Kanyon sandals.
- Kanyon sandals have polyester/synthetic leather uppers and mesh linings for breezy, lightweight comfort; uppers won't absorb water and are easy to clean
- Polyester webbing eyelets are long-lasting and work with the elastic 1-pull lacing system with cordlocks to secure feet comfortably
- Instep loops aid entry and exit; patented rubber Toe Guards protect toes
- EVA footbeds are shaped to provide ample cushioning and arch support
- Compression-molded EVA midsoles offer rich shock absorption and padding for all-day wear
- Nonmarking rubber outsoles deliver lightweight traction and durability

After 8 years of the H2, I thought I would go for something a little lighter. Indeed, these are about 6 oz lighter for the pair (size 11.5) but the fit is very different. The H2 was always comfortable right out of the box. I am still trying to see if these will fit a little better over time--but it has been well over a month and I'm not feeling it.

Purchased these to climb Dunn Falls in Jamaica. They performed fairly well, giving good grip on wet stones and protecting foot. They dry quickly.
I tried to use them as a sandals for casual walks. That did not work well at all. After couple of hours of walking I've got a feet pain caused by rubber straps.
I will keep them for ocassional water walking and boating.

I got platform pedals to go with my road bike, and now I ride exclusively in these sandals. They are great in wet weather because you don't get that soggy-socks-and-shoes feeling, and when it's cold you can just throw on some wool socks. I got a blister initially, then I threw on a pair of socks while I wore them and waited for it to heal up. After this two week "toughen up" period, I haven't had any blisters at all! If these ever wear out, I will replace them with another pair of Keens.

I wear these sandals all the time, they are comfortable and keep my feet cool. The size is very true to fit, I had a pair of Newports prior and they ran a little bigger. I am much happier with the Kanyons, although they are a bit narrow, I can adjust them to fit just right. I really like the fact that I can just throw them in the washer to clean them!

Have worn only a couple of weeks but very impressed (would give top rating but will wait to see how they wear). Took only an hour or so to feel fully broken in. Wore them for 8+ hours walking the concrete at Disney World several days with no complaints.
Normally wear size 12 but bought 11 1/2 since every Keen sandal I tried on ran large.

I love these. I have only had them for a couple of days but I no longer wear flip flops or tenis shoes. These are awesome, the are comfortable and they fit well. I love them. P.S. These are my first pair of keens and probably wont be the last.

Love Keen's this is my third pair! Really like the new strap configuration, I think these will be cooler-temp-wise than the Newport's which kinda make my feet hot. Wish there were more colors in these, but mostly I'm concerned that these are significantly narrower, significantly, than the Newport H2's, think it might really bother me in the long run, will see, If so, I'll go back to the Newports.
