Good shoe for hikes!

    This is a good walking shoe for hikes in mountainous terrains as it has great traction on the bottom of the shoe. I would not recommend for trail running though. There is not enough bend to the shoe and it is pretty heavy.

      These are some awesome cross training hiking shoes. Vasque does a good job fitting their shoes specifically to women's feet, which is good because I have a high arch and a very narrow heel.Take the time to watch this video about fit.[@]
