I like everything about this jacket. I'm 5'4 125 pounds, 36C bust and the large fits me perfectly. I don't like fitness jackets to fit me tight so I can layer under them and I have plenty of room for a long sleeve layer and not have this feel too tight in the chest or pull across my back when I'm cycling. I ordered one and liked it so much I ordered another color.
Only con to this item is I wish it had pockets on both sides as I don't reverse it very often which means the pockets are on the inside and cumbersome to use.
Great fit, like the style. The bright moab color is perfect for road cycling.

A decent jacket for the price--warm and lightweight. The fit is a little more roomy than comparably sized Pearl Izumi women's jersey's--size down unless you plan to wear many layers. I like the reversibility, although the handwarmer pockets on the "casual-wear" side are a little shallow.
