    Very solid shoe for on and off the bike. Sizing was just right for me if using the chart to convert Euro to US sizing. The covers illustrated in the picture are totally removable, there is also a velcro closure at the top to keep your laces in check so I don't see why the covers are required if you don't want to use them. These seem like mountain-biking style shoes to me, but I got them for commuting. For this price, go for it!
