by fromNot great I was looking for something to keep my hands dry while paddling in wet weather. These gloves are waterproof, but the outer fabric soaks up water like a sponge. If the air temp is less than 55F the cold will begin to affect your fingers. I'm not sure why you would need a waterproof glove like this in warm weather, it'd be easier to just dry your hands. In cold weather your hands will freeze and the outer fabric just holds water. You'd be better off just putting a latex glove over a cheap garden glove.

by fromHave kept my hands dry for a decade I bought a pair of these at least a decade ago. Was looking for a pair for my wife, and saw the one other review was negative. Not my experience at all. I use trekking poles when I walk, so my hands are exposed to the wet and cold. I bought these after my hands go so cold during an unexpected snow in Yosemite that I could not feel my fingers for three weeks afterwards. These solved that problem. I've used these gloves as my go-to winter and cold rain gloves for a decade. Only problem I've ever had with them was snowshoeing sometimes they are too hot. Having gloves that are too hot is a very nice problem to have. And after all that time, I can't believe they have not started leaking yet, but they don't.
