        Great lightweight poles, very comfortable grips. Easy to adjust. I just bought these about two weeks ago and have already used them 6 or 7 times, each time its been 4 to 7 miles. I have shin splints/pain from years of running track and these have literally erased a great deal of pain from my hiking activities. A must have for any casual to serious hiker, these will save a tremendous amount of stress on your knees and back.
