The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.
by GreengofromRemote camping Big Bend NP kitchen!I bought this some time ago and set it up. On first set-up, missing some screws and they started to fall out of what looks like particle board. Once set up, it is sturdy enough and withstood wind that broke poles on the tents, but I will definitely try to use screws with bolts to fix it. Made cooking and washing dishes much easier, especially using the netting to put dishes in to dry. Handy to have -- just flimsy construction with the screws/surface material, although fixable (I think).

by DarcoopfromLove the table, butThe table was so easy to setup that I didn't even need to use the instructions which are written on the inside of the bag so you will not lose them. The table seem well constructed and functional. The two legs on the small table telescope which make it easy to adjust to make the table level. I wished the other four legs telescoped as well. They do have a small screw out pad but will only adjust a little. Weird that they do not telescope like the other two. The pole for a light etc is a ice touch but, it is too short to hang a full size gas lantern. I will probably make something to put on the end to set a lantern on the very top. I liked the two metal wire shelves they set securely between the legs. I agree with the other review it would be nice if the mesh net shelve was like them as we'll. All in all a very nice table and with just a few changes would be a 5 star in my book.

by FishingDadfromIt's good, but could be betterThis thing worked great for our things. I like that the fuel cannister fits out of the way below the taller countertop, but it's kind of a booger to get in there.
I like the pole that you can add the hook to to hang something from, but it's really way too short... they need to make it fatter with an extension inside to raise it up a bit.
I would rather have another sturdy rack on the left rather than the netting that's there... you can't leave anything there to dry as it says because insects get all over it... plus you're scared to put a lot of weight on it because it's not like the other super sturdy shelves that it has under the larger side.
I was impressed with the metal shelves and how they fit on the corners. We keep our kitchen stuff in plastic containers and they fit perfectly on the metal shelves with no worries of them having any problems. I like how they are angled up on the sides to keep the containers and whatever else in/on the shelves.
The whole thing seems pretty sturdy, but we haven't used it a whole lot to get a good gauge of how well it will hold up over time... I've got doubts about the plastic pieces that hold the countertops and all on top of the assembly.
I am also not a fan of the bag that it fits into. I have seen others that fold up into a box,and I would like that a lot better than the bag. It just seems it is too easily ripped, and I find myself not wanting to stack anything on top of it because I'm scared the wires are somehow going to dig into the table tops...
Overall, I'm satisfied because I was able to get it on sale... REI's return policy sells its stuff, and so far it appears that this will be with us for many more years (as long as the bag holds up).

by suzperronfromgreat little table!Great little table. A little narrow but understandable to keep it compact and mobile. Used on several road trips with camping involved. Can get a little heavy if you have to move it frequently when in the bag. Shelves underneath and the hook on top were great additions. The whole set up was impressive to family members!

by jh4444fromI love this thingYes. It does seem like overkill for a guy who comes from a light is right backpacking ethic. But, now that I have a family, this is the perfect thing for car camping. Makes cooking and dishwashing so much easier!

by OVthreefromArrived broken! This product was the only item on my gift list this year. It was shipped to the Tucson REI store and picked up. When I opened it I noticed that one of the plastic arms was broken, the screws were pulled out from the table top, it was missing the hook and also missing one of the shelves. The tape that keeps the box closed was previously cut open and there was a past return shipping label affixed prominently on the outside of the box. Unusual for REI, but it appears we received someone else's defective returned merchandise. Hopefully the return policy will hold up and we will get something that is not broken, and after reading other reviews and seeing the defects first hand I am also hoping that the 2nd try will allow me to post a better review and that the screws and plastic parts are not an inherent weakness of this product... keeping my fingers crossed.

by MadelynfromReturnedReturned it. Plastic parts broke as assembling, screws came out of table particle board. Very disappointed certainly not rei quality. Pretty as how it looked in the online picture and liked the the basket features. Rei allowed no hassle return.

by VicheimerfromGood Idea, bad materialsGreat design but failed on materials used. Screws stripped out of particle board when putting away after first use. Particle board should NEVER be used in this type of application. Also, particle board cannot handle water (i.e., rain). Use good ol' plastic. Not PC enough? Then use REAL wood.
