A stuff sack can be used with this bag, I put it in a rei 16 liter bag and it fits well.

This is a great quality bag for the money. I got this for my oldest son and he's enjoyed on a few trips already this spring. The bag is really warm and great to sleep on top of on warmer nights.
I do wish it fit into a smaller stuff sack but we'll invest in a compression bag for it and I'm sure it will be used for years.
