Comments about Big Agnes Air Core Insulated Sleeping Pad:

I'd rather pack in a little extra weight and sleep well for the whole trip than prance about sprightly for the first day and drag the rest of the time due to lack of proper sleep. This thing helped me sleep comfortably and well!

Comments about Big Agnes Air Core Insulated Sleeping Pad:

I use this pad in my REI Halfdome 2 plus tent year-round on monthly campouts with my Boy Scout troop. It is extremely lightweight, easy to pack, and very comfortable. However, when I do use this with my down sleeping bag, the bag slips off the pad occasionally. But overall, this is a great product.

Comments about Big Agnes Air Core Insulated Sleeping Pad:

I absolutely love this sleeping pad. I am a side sleeper, so I was used to camping not being the most comfortable thing....until now. I used to wake up with sore hips with every other sleeping pad I've used, but not with this one! It does take a bit longer than normal to inflate, but it's worth it for those 3 inches of comfort :) All in all, I am so happy with this purchase!!

Comments about Big Agnes Air Core Insulated Sleeping Pad:

I used it for some winter camping in Shanandoah National Park. Low temps reached about 16. It's comfy kept me off the ground and warm. I didn't have any problems with it.

Comments about Big Agnes Air Core Insulated Sleeping Pad:

I took this with me to Patagonia to use for backpacking/Trekking and it didn´t last more then a few weeks before developing a small leak that i could not find. I was hoping to put it in a lake to find the leak but unfortunately it was stolen along with my backpack. So the slow leak may have been a quick fix so don´t hold that against it too much.
It is very comfortable but took forever to inflate and if there is a slope you will slide right off.

Comments about Big Agnes Air Core Insulated Sleeping Pad:

Its comfortable and doesnt leak. Kind of a pain to deflate and roll up but I cant remember ever being cold from the ground while using this pad. I wish it packed smaller but its about the size of a Jetboil so its not too bad. The job of a sleeping pad is to add comfort and decrease heat loss due to the cold ground, this pad does both. Roll it up differently every time to avoid creases.
