Vibram FiveFingers KSO Trek multisport shoes feature stout leather uppers, cushy midsoles and lightly lugged outsoles. They're perfect for trekking down the trail.
- Sturdy kangaroo leather uppers are luxuriously soft against bare feet, highly breathable and tear-resistant; full foot coverage helps keep the grit out
- Individual toe slots enhance dexterity, control and stability to deliver a natural walking motion
- Instep straps secure with rip-and-stick closures and are attached to thin straps that wrap around heels to provide a secure, supportive fit
- 4mm EVA midsoles help provide light cushioning underfoot
- Lightly lugged 4mm Vibram soles are designed to follow the contours of your feet and toes; made of nonmarking Vibram TC1 performance rubber
- Recommended for light trekking, trail running, fitness walking and travel
- In order to allow your feet to adapt to using different muscles, gradually increase usage of these shoes
- Machine washable in cold water; air dry only, away from sun or heat source
- To determine size, stand with heels against a wall and measure from the wall to the tip of the longest toe on each foot; use the longer of the 2 lengths with the size chart

bought a brown & black pair. love them. wanted another now these are rock bottom pricing but they don't have my size. i wear these all the time and they are very comfortable! I have knee issues and high arches but I'm fine in these. my physiotherapist said wear either regular shoes with insoles or wear these as these will correct my problem. I've had them a year and love them. They were cold in the winter so I stopped wearing them for a bit until someone suggested i wear toe socks with them. Did that and they were terrific!

Great shoe for walking around or casual events. I wear them at work and for day to day wear. Wearing these are like running around barefooted but with added protection. They are uncomfortable walking on stones or other sharp objects and your feet will get wet if walking on a wet surface.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Not to confuse comfort with cushioned. They let my feet move when I walk, my toes, my arch, my ankles. My feet breathe. Since you don't wear them with socks, you need to wash them regularly, unless your feet don't sweat. I have washed mine dozens of times and the color fades (acceptably to me), but otherwise the shoe is still in excellent shape after a year of regular, almost daily use. I own this leather style for my 'dress' shoe, a smooth sole black poly stretch model mostly for indoors, and a poly running model. All are comfortable, but my rave about the comfort is for the leather model.

I have a significant improvement in my sense of balance, I have no more pains in my knees, my posture is improved; I feel light and energetic when I walk in my Vibrams. I tend to wear them everywhere, which of course causes a lot of stares. If I was younger and more impressionable, I suppose those strange looks would bother me, but as a nearly 6 foot tall little old lady, I really don't care. I'd rather be surefooted and somewhat athletic than sedintary and suffering with pretty shoes that hurt my feet (and every other part of my body)ANY DAY.
