    The REI Member Dividend

The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.

Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.

Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

by fromFog Fog Fog Mine fogged up like crazy...tried adjusting them but it was as if there was no anti-fog coating on mine at all. I was very disappointed and these spent 95% of my ski trip raised up and resting on the top portion of my helmet due to fogging up.

by fromquality, cheap Nothing to complain about, a functional goggle for a CHEAP $$. What else do you need?!

by fromGood for the price These get me by during night sessions and flat, overcast days. The price is right. The fit leaves something to be desired on a smaller face, but it's not that bothersome. They just feel a bit big near the outside of my eyes.

by fromGood Goggles - I was too quick to judge I was too harsh with my initial review: "Poor sub-zero performance (2 stars)." I decided to give these a second chance and it turns out most of my problems of fogging/freezing up in sub-zero temperatures was due to my own moisture control issues. Once I adjusted where my exhalation was routed, these goggles worked very well. They'll still fog up after an extended period of time of high intensity biking in the snow, but for the price they're quite good.

by fromGreat low priced goggles These are great goggles, I picked them up for an impromptu ski as they were the only goggles available at the store, and I was not disappointed. They provide good fit, good visibility, good contrast. They are not ultra-high performance goggles, however for me they are completely sufficient. My only complaint is that there is a small scratch on the lens after only two uses.

by fromPoor sub-zero performance Perhaps this is unfair since I'm not exactly going for the intended use, but these fogged then froze up almost immediately on a sub-zero (-15 deg. F) bike commute. This was on the inside lens which the instructions say to NOT wipe when wet to prevent scratching, so I was stuck riding (mostly) blind or having my face freeze. They're comfortable and inexpensive, but I can't recommend them, even if they were free, if you intend to use them in frigid temps.

by fromGood fit just don't touch the inner lens Price and quality of fit on these are good but if you almost look at the inner lens on these, they'll scratch. There is no warning on the box that the inner lenses shouldn't be touched so I learned the hard way. Out of the box, there was a black fleck stuck to the lens which would not come off with blowing air. I added a little water inside to loosen and then let air dry. Next I used a gentle lens cloth to try to remove the spot and, voila, I damaged the coating inside right in my field of vision. As for all goggles, you should avoid touching the inner lens but the coating on these in particularly sensitive. I much prefer dual lens technology where the anti-fog coating can be sandwiched in between the lenses.

by fromSimple and Good I have only needed to use these a few times, but they have been great when I needed them. They are simple and do the job. I have used them in blowing snow conditions, they didn't fog up on me even though I was working up a sweat, and they allowed me to see where I was going. They have a fairly soft structure so they sort of conform to the face, which is comfortable. They're also simple and light and inexpensive, so I don't really have an excuse to leave them at home. I'm also not afraid to use them or scratch them since they won't be killer to replace. This means that I don't hesitate to throw them on, so they get more use than if I had a fancy pair that I was worried about hurting.
