The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Osprey Ozone Wheeled Luggage - 18":
I purchased this luggage for my wife to use and carry on an airplane. She has had trouble with her old rolling suitcase to get it up and into the overhead. The Osprey is supper light and has a handle on the bottom that gives more help in getting it easily into the overhead. She liked it so much she went and purchased the matching backpack that holds her laptop and files. The suitcase has zipper pockets everywhere - no chincing there . The back pack has a little notch in the handle that allows it to stay in place on the suitcase pull up handle as she pulls the both of them through the airport.

Just finished 10 day birding trip to Panama. Small bag but held all I needed. Although soft sided, loaded it looked neat. Compartment on very top by handle extremely handy to access and has more room than you think. Plan your gear right and this bag will take you anywhere.

Good points: This bag is almost perfect -- light weight, excellent access to the main compartment, straps in the main compartment to keep things from shifting when the bag is tipped up to roll, good size to carry on even regional jets like the CRJ, well made, very convenient computer compartment, handy top compartment for liquids/gels and an ipod or paperback, wheels and backpack -- even loved the color.
Deal breaking drawback: but I'm returning it. If you look at a photo from the bottom, you will see that the back curves up (like the lumbar area on a backpack). When you combine the dead space that creates with the placement of the telescoping handle down the center back of the interior it becomes very difficult to fit much in.
My specific use: I frequently fly on small regional jets with quite a bit of camera gear and the camera-specific rolling cases don't work for me (ThinkTank comes closest). I travel with two full frame bodies, a 50-500 zoom, a 70-200 2.8 zoom and three smaller lenses along with miscellaneous accessories and a laptop etc. This is really heavy (so I need wheels) and not something I can check. At my destination, I may have to carry the gear from the car to the location, but a few hundred yards would be typical for 'unrollable' surfaces (mud and snow come to mind along with stairs). The curved pack frame really isn't necessary for this short amount of "unrollable" time and I'd much rather have the extra capacity or at least have the handle on the outside. I want the wheels to be the primary way I move the bag around, but find it much more comfortable to carry a heavy load as a backpack rather than in one hand or with a shoulder strap. If only the interior had better space! This bag is so great that I spent the better part of a day trying to make my gear fit before going back to my old bag. I will try a couple of the other Osprey rolling bags (unfortunately not backpacks) and hope for an Ozone 2 with improved interior capacity. On my wish list for that bag would also be better front pockets (the two side loaders aren't as accessible or useful as one double-zip pocket would be, a stretch pouch to hold a water bottle and either a mesh pocket or elastic straps to stow a jacket etc
