Comments about SmartWool PhD HyFi Training Headband:
Slightly on the snug size for fits all, but I probably have a slightly big head. Recommended for people who hate getting sweat in their eyes. Much more convenient than tying a bandanna around your head. Dries quick. I guess a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Never been unhappy with smartwool products.

Comments about SmartWool PhD HyFi Training Headband:
I use this for winter trail running in the bay area, specifically starting in darkness either early in the morning or in the evening occasionally. Technical fabric mixed with wool gives the headband a bit of windproofing and more durability than the other SW headband I use, but I love them both. (More insulating, breathable, and wicking than my Nike poly headband, which just makes my head feel cold when it's soaked with sweat). I've also worn it with no issues as a base layer during a snowshoe trip in the Sierras.

Comments about SmartWool PhD HyFi Training Headband:
Needed something with better ventilation instead of a beanie for running in the cold. The wool keeps your head warm. I've used this on a few runs when the weather is 30-45F. Would probably not use this when temps are above 50F. I usually rinse with water after every run since I perspire a lot. After a few hand washes, it has started to fray with fuzz/lint balls. Still usable nonetheless.
