            I bought these two months ago, use them everyday, and love them! They keep my arms cool and protected from the sun. Even the best sunscreen blocks the pores of the skin on my arms, does not let them freely perspire, so that after a ride my skin often felt tight and toasted. Today, I tested them on a long ride in the midday sun with the temperature well over ninety degrees on the road and experienced none of these feelings. In fact, I put water on them and found it cools my body down as I ride. Lastly, a tube of high quality non-toxic sunscreen costs almost as much as a set of sleeves and does not last a whole season. Hence, I am saving my skin, feeling more comfortable when I ride, and saving money.

              These work fantastically well for cycling... and also for running, driving in sunny weather, or just walking around town.

              Better breathing/wicking than a long-sleeved shirt, removable to go sleeve-less, works for any sport/casual activity. Half the price of Pearl Izumi item. I'm probably going to have to get a second pair. I bought a set for my father.

              Two minor things:
              1. Needs some gripper material in the upper cuff.

              2. Need a version for LEGS here in the Arizona desert. PLEASE!!!!!

                    I got a really bad sunburn last weekend (in the PNW, no less!) and needed something that would work all day & not have to reapply or worry about. These sleeves worked great. They helped a little bit with the wind and cool air in the shade, and worked GREAT to prevent a sunburn on my already burned skin. They're a little loose in the arm compared with the elastic size. A great purchase.
