I sleep pretty cold, and my old 20+ Polar Pod was getting a little cool for summer nights. I used this product twice -- once in Pinnacles and again in the Big Sur mountains.
First, there is no way this is a 3-season bag. It may just be my new locale, but this bag is far too hot for California backpackers unless you are at high (think Yosemite backcountry) elevations. I had to sleep outside the bag on my pad. It also packs kind of big for my taste.
Anyone who enjoys snow camping or whatnot may enjoy this bag -- it just isn't for conditions even just above freezing.

I bought this bag for my wife. She does not like to be cold. She has only used the bag once so far. Temps. got down into the 30s she was toasty warm. Bag packs up small and is very light. My wife is 5'5" and she said she felt like it was a little short. Super comfortable.

While I have yet to use this bag outside in a cold environment, I have tested it once (in my hotel room with the ac set to it's lowest setting on max fan and the windows open at 40deg. outside) and I had to fully unzip it. I purchased the women's bag as it fit my small height and was cheaper than purchasing a similar temp. rating men's bag. Using the EN rating it claims to be good to around -10F for males. The inner collar around the next is great for preventing heat from leaking and there is plenty of room around the feet.

Slept outside in a Bivy sack with this bag and it got down to 12 degrees...stayed warm and I am a cold person. Nice amount of room. Did a lot of research and this one met all my expectations!! Looking forward to getting my zero hero with it next winter!!

Got this bag on sale for Winter Upper Peninsula Camping in Michigan. This appears to be the womens version of the Never Summer, but Its rated ten degrees warmer! It got down to single digits in a 3 season ultralight weight tent and it was comfortable, I wasn't especially warm but for the price its a great winter bag. Its not waterproof, but my breath had frozen around the hood and dried out just fine in the morning.
