The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Pacsafe Metrosafe 350 GII Daypack:
It is a safe and secure backpack that is basic, which I like. The anti-RFID design protects you from identity theft if you have RFID cards, such as the enhanced drivers license or passports. Even some credit cards now have RFID. It's large enought to fit a tablet and a camera, with room to spare. Comfort wise it doen't beat my camel back hiking back pack, but that's not the purpose of this bag. This bag is a security bag to keep unwanted hands from pilfering your items. It does a good job at that.

Comments about Pacsafe Metrosafe 350 GII Daypack:
I purchased this product for an 11-day trip to Israel for a Holy Land pilgrimage. I was going on this trip so that I could help my mom (she has difficulty getting around due to her bad knees). My plan was to carry as much as I could so that she didn't need to carry anything.
I saw a video review of this product, and it made the product look large. When I first received the product, I was initially disappointed by how small it looked. I decided to use it on the trip anyway.
The product was practically my wallet for the entire trip and never left my side. I kept my tablet (Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1), phone, wallet, passports, and point-and-shoot camera in the product. I used the two side pockets for water (one side for my mom, and the other for myself), with two extra water bottles inside. I also carried other stuff like our prayer/song book, first aid kit, and other travel accessories (hand sanitizers, etc). I would also stuff souvenirs inside. I surprisingly never ran out of space, even though we were on the tour every day (ie: I couldn't go back to the hotel room to unload stuff until the end of the day).
The hidden hooks to hold the zippers closed was quite useful. Even though I trusted them, my mom was wary. I used a luggage lock on the zippers to appease her.
The only bad thing that I can see with this product is that I'm tall, so this backpack looks weird on me (in my personal opinion). I would have preferred it to be larger, but then again, it might have led us to buying more souvenirs.

Comments about Pacsafe Metrosafe 350 GII Daypack:
I have shown off this backpack to countless people in person, so I might as well brag about it to many more on the web. As a 5'2" woman, a lot of backpacks tend to look ridiculously oversized on me, but this fits perfectly. It is also sleek enough to wear in first class and still appropriate for day hikes on the trail.
As for capacity, when I loaned it to one of my sisters, another sister and she laughed hysterically as I seemed to endlessly pull everything out of it. They couldn't believe all that I had managed to fit inside. It is like the clown car of backpacks and holds far more than you would think it could.
Most importantly, the safety features are superb. I've worn this all over West Africa, Eastern Europe, the UK, and the Middle East, and I have felt completely safe. A couple friends got scanned in Ghana and had their credit card information stolen, but thanks to the RFID-blocking panel, I did not. Not having all your stuff stolen on vacation is pretty huge.
It has worn really well. As another reviewer said, the straps can get a wee bit twisty with time, but it's not anything too noticeable, and it's easily adjusted.

Comments about Pacsafe Metrosafe 350 GII Daypack:
Purchased for two week trip in Italy.
Fully loaded (traveling inter-city): Carried 13" Mac Book Air, Kindle Fire, Chargers and cables, two cameras (Rangefinder and P&S), and other odds and ends. Probably at the limit of comfort.
Typically loaded (walk around): cameras and Kindle Fire and other odds and ends. Very comfortable.
Worked out well. Compact form factor. Easy access. Just roomy enough for shopping, stuffing jacket, etc.
Straps could be a little beefier as they tend to get twisted and could use more padding. Probably will look for some add-on padding.
Would also be nice if there were additional compartments in the main compartment for better segregation.
