        Ok, it deserves a 5, but I deducted 1 because this mat really is pretty thin compared to my Manduka Pro. Thinness is made up for by it's light weight. Vibrant, happy colors; no slip, even when sweating a bunch. I like to use YogiToes on top of this mat, and it doesn't slip, either. This is the mat to take to class if you don't need a ton of padding. Good price for good quality.

          So far I am really enjoying this mat, although I've only had it a couple months so I can't speak for its longevity. The mat is lightweight which was important for me since I bike to the studio. The thickness is perfect to provide just enough cushioning for my knees in certain poses, but its not so thick that its bulky when rolled up. I have yet to find a completely sticky, slip free mat but this one is the closest I've found so far. It grips the floor well enough that the mat doesn't move around while changing postures, and my hands don't slip much. Once my hands get sweaty then I have to use a small towel, but that's been my experience with every mat. So far really happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for lightweight, moderate cushioning, and reasonable price.

            This mat is perfect for Bikram and hot yoga - I am very wary to use a mat made with tons of chemicals if I am going to be sweating up a storm for an hour and a half. The mat itself is durable and with proper cleaning, does not absorb any sort of odor. I've noticed the blue side does a better job of keeping the yoga towel in place, but both colors are very fun and cheerful! I love this mat so much that I have one to keep at the studio and one for home/ travel.
