Comments about Kelty Salida 4 Tent:
I bought this tent in the spring and have used it a couple times. It is extremely easy to set up, I did it by myself in under 5 minutes. The inside of the tent was definitely spacious and held 4 people just fine. It packs easily and is pretty light.
I did not buy a footprint for it but on the 4th use with a slow steady rain we did get some leakage in the tent through the floor.
Also, with only the one door and a very small vestibule it made getting in and out in bad weather extremely difficult.
Lastly I didn't like that it was all or nothing with the rainfly but I realize this is pretty common now.
I ended up returning the tent mostly because the leakage and the small vestibule. I think it would work fine if you weren't a huge camper and wanted a nice but cheaper tent.

Comments about Kelty Salida 4 Tent:
As the specifications indicate "all seams are factory taped" this evidently only applies to those on the floor and fly. Those on the upper section of the bathtub style floor where it is attached to the walls are in fact not taped. Simply not a fully factory taped tent, plain and simple.

Comments about Kelty Salida 4 Tent:
I think this is a great tent for the money. I'm not a gear snob by any means. I was looking for a 4 person tent to replace my $40.00 Coleman from 15 years ago. That tent never has let me down for car camping or backpacking but I needed another one to accomodate the size of my family and also wanted a vestibule. First I bought an REI halfdome 4 that was $250 more than my Coleman and about 1 lb heavier with footprint. Not a good tradeoff! I returned that tent and bought this one instead. Its lighter than the REI and also easier to set up without the clumsy hubbed pole design. It only has one door and vestibule but that is perfectly fine. I think the two door and vestibule trend is really Marketing gone haywire at the expense of lighter weight and higher cost. I love this tent.
