The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Kelty Trail Ridge 3 Tent:
Set this thing up by myself in less than 5 minutes. Roomy enough for two plus gear. The double doors/double vestibules were nice to have so each of us can have a side. Nice price too.

Comments about Kelty Trail Ridge 3 Tent:
I have used this tent a couple times now and like it so far. I don't pack it on my back, but rather ride an ATV back into the mountains. It does a good job of keeping out the rain (although if it were really windy, the top 2 air vents may let in some water if it were "raining sideways") and no condensation. It is very easy to set up and what I like most are the dual doors with vestibules. Very handy for placing items item out of the weather that you don't want inside the tent.

Comments about Kelty Trail Ridge 3 Tent:
This tent setup very easily. Construction seemed solid and the zippers are setup well to prevent snagging. The only area of potential concern was with the thin floor, but with a tarp underneath, this wasn't really an issue. The large vestibules were easy to access via the 2 doors and provide plenty of room to cover gear, which would be needed if you wanted to have room for 3 adults in the tent. I haven't had a chance to test this in heavy rain, but it did fine with the little rain we did have. The fly goes all the way to the ground, so I don't see it being an issue. Overall, a very nice tent for the money.

Comments about Kelty Trail Ridge 3 Tent:
This tent so far (i have'nt field tested yet) is an awesome deal. I had been lookin for a good 3 person backpacking tent for a while. Compared weight, dimensions, packed size, and price. Came down to this tent. I figured i would be getting a bigger bang for my buck. This tent is very spacious, packs kinda small (for a 3p), and the weight is pretty low for a 3p tent. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a five star is because the floor design shows that 3 people will lay head at one door and feet at the other door. Well I am 5ft 9in tall. I laid like that and if you are any taller than myself then your feet would be laying outside the door. My head is scraping the bottom of door and so is my feet,(this is without a sleeping bag). So it might be better if you lay with your side to door. 3 can still fit this way but would be a little cramped. Also the one in the middle would therefor have to climb over someone to get out. This tent would be a luxury palace for two though. It is very spacious and comes with a gear loft on the ceiling. also has two pockets caddy corner from each other inside the tent. When I field test it up in Cohutta wilderness I will do a follow up review of it.
Oh I did a review of this last week but it did'nt show yet. So if you see two reviews by me with no field tests done yet, that's why. I'm use to posting a review and it posting immediately. But evidently when you post a review here it takes a few days to post.
Service and delivery comments:

Comments about Kelty Trail Ridge 3 Tent:
So far from setting up this tent in the backyard (have'nt field tested yet),very EASY to set up. what made me decide on this tent was the affordability of it. I REALLY wanted the big agness "jack rabbit 3",but just could'nt afford it price wise. All my other tents that i own or have owned are REI tents. I compared specs and prices with other 3p tents and came up with this one for the best bang for the buck. The ONLY thing i can see as a caveat so far would be that the ventilation flap might close if it gets a little too much weight on it. But when i field test it up in Cohutta Wilderness i will do another review.
Here is all what ive seen in this tent so far.
1. Very EASY to set up.
2. It is what it says it is an actual 3 person tent no room to spare but NOT CRAMPED.
3.The floor plan (if you sleep the way the diagram shows) with head at one door and feet at the other door, and you are taller than 5ft 9in then your feet will hang out the door. So if you sleep three side to side with your side to the door, then the one in the middle will have to climb over some one. Thats the reason i gave it a four star instead of a five star.
That would be my review so far on this tent until i field test it. But it does pack pretty small and only weighs 6lbs 5oz. which aint bad for me on a 3p tent.
