The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about prAna Halle Pants - Women's:
Prana pants fit close to the body but not obnoxiously so. The material holds up well for hiking or travel and still looks fresh. I liked the roll up cuffs with the snap tape on either side. It's a much faster adjustment than zipping off and on the legs of convertable pants. I wore them more on a recent vacation than any other pants--rolled up when it was warm, and let down when it was cool or the mosquitos were out.

I wear these pants for work nearly daily, switching between these and the prAna monarchs, which are the same material. I work outdoors, and these pants are ideal. They are comfortable through a variety of temperatures, and I can easily wear long johns underneath in the winter. They are very durable and have survived trips though briars without issue.

My 4 gray pairs are super durable and comfortable for hiking and backpacking. I have also experienced a slight size variation between individual pairs of the same size, which I have come to expect with Prana pants. Three of the my size 0's fit perfectly but two pairs were returned because the waist it gave me that dreaded muffin top. No big deal though, these pants still deserve 5 stars.

Love the way these fit! I was deciding between these and the REI version. I am so glad I got these. The length was a bit longer than the REI ones, which is perfect for those with longer legs.
I've tried gym climbing, hiking, and doing plant restoration work in these and they held up to all the tasks! The fit is great in that you won't show crack when bending down, they're slimming, and they look stylish. I would wear these around town.
The only con I have (and it almost made me not buy the pants)is that there is an awkward inner tie-string that when tied makes a very small bulge in the pants where the tie is. Also, because it is inside the pants the tie/knot pushes against your stomach area the whole time. I found that the fit was good enough that I don't have to rely on the string too much, but I make a light knot to keep the strings from hanging down into the leg area. I don't understand why they didn't just put the strings on the outside of the pants, it would be a lot more comfortable that way.

I spend a lot of time hiking in cool, wet, and windy conditions for my job and these pants are the best investment I've made in a long time! I am 5'8" with a 33" inseam and the 6 regular fits perfectly--not too tight, not too loose. The inner drawstring is a definite plus. The length is good for hiking because the cuffs don't drag on the ground, but if I want to wear these for street use, they're a tiny bit shorter than I'd like. The fabric is durable (so far) and seems slightly waterproof. I love these pants!

I'm 5'2"/ 100lbs. Size 0 is a little too big for me on my waist. Except that, every thing is perfect. The material is soft and comfortable. It's very stylish and fit to your shape. I wear it for hiking and backpacking every weekend. This is much better than other hiking pants which are bulky design.

I've reached for these a lot of days early this spring, to wear around town, for long drives, for hikes in the cool of dusk. One thing to note: I usually wear a 6 in Prana pants, but in these pants in the green, I took a 4, making them more fitted, less loose and much more attractive. But in the grey, the 4 was too tight, and the 6 was too baggy for my tastes. Variation in fit from color to color and maybe even pair to pair may be an issue. Buying in the store was a good idea with these. The legs are just right too, not too tight, not too loose, unlike some past Prana pants that I've found have too full a leg for me. They're the most flattering, curve-hugging synthetic pants I've found.

I got these pants for climbing, and I couldn't ask for anything better. They're incredibly stretchy and flexible, as well as durable. The pockets are great, the fit is flattering; I just bought myself another pair!

Love these pants!
They are comfortable/ soft fabric ... fit and cut are flattering and functional. Hidden drawstring keeps pants from gapping in back. Low rise but not too low. Front pockets are not very deep but I wouldn't carry anything in a front pocket anyway.
I bought them in grey and later bought the green ones too ... if they were available in more colors I'd buy them all. I'm 5'8 and they are plenty long. I could wear these rock climbing or out shopping, etc.
Bit pricey but try to buy them with the 20% off. They are worth it.
