Bought these originally for my 4mo old and the 6mo fit great as pants with the extra legs zipped off. Now the 4mo old is 21mo (24lbs, 16in waist), the same pair of 6mo pants will be shorts for this summer. Best purchase ever!

Found these in store for [$]! And REI will ship for free right now if your store doesn't have the right size and you find elsewhere.Just picked up a 2T pair for my tallish 11 month old and love 'em. The bottoms will zip off so they'll fit him just fine as pants for a moderate Virginia late winter / spring.I'll zip the bottoms back on for next fall or spring and he'll use them as pants again.And one more use for next summer as shorts.
