    • NOW PLAYING

The women's Tubbs Wilderness 25 snowshoes are built for exploring and day trekking on a variety of terrain. Packed with features to boost your comfort, these snowshoes let you play all day.

    • Lighweight, strong 6000-series aluminum frames feature an ergonomic, streamlined shape
    • Fit-Step™ frame design upturns the tail ends to help reduce strain on hip, knee and ankle joints and offer a more natural heel-to-toe transition
    • ActiveLift™ 16° heel lifts reduce calf fatigue and Achilles tendon strain on moderately steep terrain; lifts can be easily pulled up and down with a snowshoe pole
    • PVC-coated polyester deckings provide lightweight flotation and a smooth, soft texture
    • Robust 180™ Pro bindings relieve pressure points and encourage comfort by pairing a secure heel strap and contoured, padded upper
    • Control Wings™ keep your heels aligned with snowshoes for optimal control
    • Bindings pivot on a shock-absorbent system that allows natural side-to-side flex for improved comfort and traction on uneven terrain
    • Carbon steel instep crampons bite deeply for excellent traction in variable snow conditions; jagged teeth enhance grip on ice and packed snow
    • Heel crampons provide traction for added stability and downhill braking
    • Recommended load specification for the Tubbs Wilderness 25 snowshoes includes weight of hiker with gear

Comments about Tubbs Wilderness 25 Snowshoes - Women's:

I love these snowshoes. Just new to the sport, I knew I wanted a pair that I wouldn't have to replace too soon, so after researching thoroughly, decided the Tubbs Wilderness were the ones for me. I have used them in the Kettle Moraine Forest as well as the Ice Age Trail. Great traction, easy on and off, and feel secure when walking. Bonus--the colors on this pair are great!

Comments about Tubbs Wilderness 25 Snowshoes - Women's:

I have had these snowshoes for the past 3 seasons in Colorado and have used them in all different types of terrain and depths of snow. They are fantastic! Used them in 4 foot deep snow on very steep pitches and kept traction on both descent and ascent. My husband has the TUBBS mens model and there so far has been no terrain we have not been able to conquer in these shoes!

            Heel lift--too stiff

Comments about Tubbs Wilderness 25 Snowshoes - Women's:

Best entry and exit of any snowshoe out there. However, sent back first pair because the heel was far too difficult to put up and down. No way you could do it with the butt handle of your pole like you are suppose to. The second pair was still not operable. I'm keeping them because I might never need the heel lift. But, for [$] I'd expect the product to be Totally useful. The easy entry and exit is what sold me.
