        My 7-year old daughter loves this winter jacket. I bought the gray/pink one size over. She loves it. It's 3-in-one: winter, fall, rain. The velcro over the hands keeps the snow out and keeps my daughter warm. We live in ALASKA. It's perfect except I wish it had a string for the hood. Excellent buy.

          This jacket costs more than the other really good brands - and if you look closely you'll see why. My daughter picked it because she liked the looks - I like it because it is the only one that has really good windblock for the main zipper and the liner works as a jacket by itself (the others don't quite cut it). The flap over the main zipper has long strips of velcro to keep out the cold and rain - where the others have velcro dots or nothing. I would give it 5 stars - except I wish it had a drawstring on the hood.
