This hooded jacket is perfect for Winter rains. Simply put, it does a great job of keeping the rain out. With the full lining, it is usually warm enough without layering. The 3 zippered pockets are secure and the internal pocket is good for keeping a cell phone dry. The draw strings are efficient in adjusting the fit. This jacket does not have a downside.
