Comments about Coghlan's 12-Egg Holder:
this is a great way to pack eggs for a car camping trip. If you leave your eggs in the cardboard container that they come in and put that in a cooler the container will go all sloppy from the ice and your eggs fall out. this keeps the eggs protected while cool in your cooler.
I don't know what kind of eggs the other reviewers are using but i havn't had any problems putting large eggs in mine.
the only reason i give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the lack of being water tight, not a big deal, but if an egg were to break it could leak out quite easily and get on the rest of your food. but i have not had any eggs break on several trips.
Comments about Coghlan's 12-Egg Holder:
Only work with small eggs. With small eggs they're perfect. Never had a break. 4 stars because they don't tell you that and it would be nice to carry large eggs!

Comments about Coghlan's 12-Egg Holder:
So, eggs don't fit in this. Maybe it's all the selective breeding we have done to chickens over the years, but supermarket eggs are too big. For me to take the eggs out of the container that allowed them to make it to my house unbroken, and place them in another container... lets just say the second container better be good. And it's not. Big D. The D stands for disappointment.
