      I always wear a 39, but on this one had to go way up 41.5 show size. Be warned! I have warn these to spinning class and commuting. I increased my wattage and assume that is related to how incredibly light weight my feet feel in these shoes. I like the closure system; you can get a nice tight, secure fit and an efficient stroke. Overall a good show. Just try them on before you buy.

        I am a spinning instructor, and bike outside on both a hybrid and a road-bike. This shoe is perfect for all of my needs. I love that it's very light, yet I can walk comfortably rather than dancing on my heels like I would if I were wearing road-bike shoes. They have a smaller toe-box than my old Shimanos, but they're still extremely comfortable, and they don't look as boxy and chunky. I am actually buying a second pair, because, horror of horrors, I left my first beloved pair on my back bumper, and drove off without them.
