Rated5out of5byTVsmittyfromIt proved me wrongI originally purchased an Osprey. As I read the fine print I learned that it had a magnet on it capable of stopping my mom's pacemaker. So I went to my 2nd choice, the Camelbak. Everyone complained of leaks, so I was prepared. Indeed, there is some water left in the connector between the bag and the hose, but that's not a leak. I used a towel to soak up that extra water and that was that. Besides, a little water doesn't bother me. I put a towel and a paper towel below the bladder in the backpack to catch any leaks. I wore it around the house for a couple of days before my hiking trip. I took it on the plane. I never had a leak or any trouble filling the bladder or drying it. The product disproved my fears and I was glad.

Rated5out of5bySargonZfromComfortable and functionalI use this bag mostly as a day-to-day backpack. It is very comfortable to walk with, and the adjustable straps add to its ergonomic appeal. The variety of pouches make it easy to find things I've carried along, though I wish the main pouch was a little roomier. The lack of space in the largest compartment makes it a bit less handy for a weekend bag - I can't fit as much into it as I wish I could. However, for a quick trip or for a light packer, this bag is just right.

Rated4out of5byAloha AnniefromI love this pack!I live in Hawaii and just bought this pack for longer hikes because I needed the 3L fluid capacity (I upgraded from a flashpack). My water stayed cold and this pack is very comfortable. I also use it for my bike commute to work which is super nice because of the ventilation (NVIS) back. I compared this one with a lot of the day packs and I am very glad I bought this one.
I also like this one because it is not bulky so when scrambling or hiking ridges I don't feel like it will catch wind or flop.

Rated4out of5bybsiehrfromWorks well for day hikesI use this pack on a daily basis for my afternoon hikes with my dogs. It easily stores all the water I need for a hike (in Phoenix) and has plenty of room for the water my dogs need along with travel bowls, food, ruffwear booties and my digital 35mm camera....
I bought it for my upcoming trip to the Grand Canyon and I have been pleased with it so far. I can cinch it down when I don't have a lot in my pack and it expands to fit several bulky layers when the day starts to heat.
Extra pro: although I have the "raspberry" color it adjusts to fit my boyfriend quickly and easily when we want to only bring one pack on day hikes. And he'll wear it.
