Comments about Pearl Izumi X-Alp Seek IV Bike Shoes - Women's:
I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to find a shoe for spinning and was pleased that this one ran wide enough for my feet and are comfortable and easy to use.

Comments about Pearl Izumi X-Alp Seek IV Bike Shoes - Women's:
I had trouble with bike shoes pinching my two little toes. These don't pinch at all and were comfortable from the moment I put them on. I didn't know that bike shoes could be comfortable! I wish the laces were like the Keen sandals and were easy to tuck in, but they are the reglular laces I wear a 37 so there's always a lot of lace leftover, which may not be a problem for other sizes. I love these shoes.

Comments about Pearl Izumi X-Alp Seek IV Bike Shoes - Women's:
The shoes are great. I take 2-3 spin classes a week and they have made all the difference in the world to getting that push/pull full circle peddle movement needed. They are easily clicked into the pedal. There are a ton of us here in this community that wear these shoes and have purchased them from REI. But upon inquiry to the shoe company, we are told they do not make replacement shoe laces....eventually the laces will wear out...long before the shoes do.

Comments about Pearl Izumi X-Alp Seek IV Bike Shoes - Women's:
So far this shoe is very comfortable. It's a tad wide for my foot but if I go to a smaller size my toe is right at the end. I was hoping the mesh would help the shoe air out a little better after sweating like crazy in them, but no such luck. So far it's a good cycling shoe.

Comments about Pearl Izumi X-Alp Seek IV Bike Shoes - Women's:
These shoes have been great for riding as well as walking around town. They are stylish enough to wear with street clothes and supportive enough for a technical ride. I would have liked something to hold the laces back rather than tucking them back into the shoe, I worry about them coming untied and being caught in the chain. I find them to be average width but it's not leather so don't expect them to stretch if you need the extra room.

Comments about Pearl Izumi X-Alp Seek IV Bike Shoes - Women's:
I'm new to clipless pedals and I've been trying to find a shoe that works for me. This one felt good, not too tight but still snug, until I was on my bike for about 30 minutes. Then my toes started to go numb! They pinched my toes so much, by the end of an hour long ride I had shooting pains in both my feet. These are going back today. I guess you really do get what you pay for, and these are cheap.
