The North Face Horizon Tempest Rollup pants are made with a tough yet lightweight fabric, and the pant legs can be conveniently rolled up to keep you cool if temperature rises.
- Ripstop nylon fabric is quick-drying, durable, packable and abrasion-resistant
- Pant legs can be rolled up to capris with 18 in. inseam
- Fabric provides UPF 50+ sun protection, shielding skin from harmful ultraviolet rays
- Waistband features drawcord for a customized fit; gusseted crotch allows greater mobility
- Horizon Tempest Rollup pants feature hand pockets, 1 zippered pocket, 1 internal passport pocket and 2 back pockets; pants stow into back pocket

I am about to order my third pair of these because there is a new color. They are comfortable - they stay clean - but can wash out and dry overnight in almost all situations. I have worn these comfortably in Asian countries where I need to be covered up but it was hot. I also can dress them up with a nicer shirt or jacket. Great product for warm weather!

I wore these pants traveling and did not wrinkle or look tired. Poolside-loved the quick drying and ease of movement. I have an active job and these stretch with me but do not feel stretched out at the end of the day. When I've worn them outdoors in the woods they repel dirt very well. I will be purchasing another pair. There is nothing you can't do in these pants. They look nice and are SUPER functional.

Given the great reviews, I couldn't wait to try these pants. Unfortunately I couldn't find a size that fit. The sizing chart was both confusing and very misleading. While you need to order pants in numerical sizes (2, 4, 6), the sizing chart listed S, M, L. Measurements for a small (size 4 - 6) were waist 25 - 26.5 in and hips 35.5 - 37 in. With a waist of 26.5 and hips 36.5, I erred small and ordered a size 4. Unfortunately they were still huge on me. So I tried a size 2 and the waist was still huge and the butt was too tight. Obviously not meant for someone with hips.

I bought these pants to travel in and go hiking in. I love the rise and the fit on the waist, however, I'm very thin...like bony chicken legs thin. In spite of being a runner....there's my toothpicky legs...anyway, they're very baggy on my legs and I look like Homie Hiker but thankfully I also sew, so I did taper the legs a bit. But for the ladies out there that don't sew...it may be an issue.

I have 2 of these, and they are probably the most worn article of clothing that I own! I've worn these pants for several years in various adventures - from a steaming hot tropical rainforest, to the Alaskan wilderness. I also wear them during travel and in everyday life, just because they're so comfy and practical! They don't get dirty or stinky, dry super quickly, fit great, keep your legs cool in the summer and keep the wind out in cold, windy conditions (when it gets cold, I wear a base layer underneath). I also love the fact you can roll them up - great for bicycling! Getting a third pair this year in a new color!

I have a one pair that I have been wearing 4 days a week for the past 4 years!! They still look like new. I work at a cat kennel and get wet and dirty on a daily basis. These pants repel fur, dry fast and are the most durable article or clothing I own. I am ordering myself another pair not because the old pair are worn but because then I don't have to wash the same pair every night. Also perfect for hiking and camping!! LOVE THESE PANTS!!!
