The REI Tech Tour 60 Travel pack combines comfort, travel-friendly features and a women-specific design for support—this pack is ready for adventure.

Adjustable torso provides the opportunity to fine-tune the fit to match your body type
Look upward with ease and comfort—3D-head-space pocket opens up head's range of motion
Main-panel zipper is oriented for easy access to gear while pack is upright
Interior pocket and attachment points accommodate common hydration reservoirs (sold separately); hydration tube exit port makes routing to shoulder strap easy
Interior pockets and compression straps keep contents organized and secure in place
Travel organizer secures tickets, passport, pen, electronics, and travel-size bottles and is removable for airport security screening
Top pocket can either be removed and attached directly to shoulder harness or removed and carried alone, as day-use shoulder bag with included shoulder strap
Side pockets stretch, providing a convenient place to stash a water bottle and quick access to small essentials
Webbing loops for attaching trekking poles, ice axe and such tuck away when not in use; lash points accommodate accessory straps for carrying a sleeping pad

I bought this bag for Europe backpacking trip that I went alone.
Although this bag itself is kind of heavy,
it could hold everything!!! And I mean everything!
also, the greatest advantage was that it doesn't have any side or front pockets, and the main zipper is hidden behind the lid, so no pickpocketters can open them up and steal your wallets or so. (i've met 2 people who got their wallets stolen that way)
Also you can lock the zippers too.

The side water bottle holders were handy too. I could fit in a huge water bottle, pair of flats, and a pair of sunglasses and even more!

There's a sunglasses holder(?) thing on the front chest strap, which was very handy also.

The bag itself is very sturdy, it still looks new even after 2 months of traveling.
also I love the color, it's so unique and stylish!
I also really liked having the cover, which I used to check in the bag.
The top part also can hold a lot of things, and was great for organizing things.

Overall, I just really loved this bag!!! (except that it was a bit on the heavier side)
Totally get this for a worry-free, stylish and convenient backpacking trip!

I used this bag to travel for a month around Southeast Asia and I loved it! It's small enough to carry on to every airline, a big plus for backpacks. The compression straps really hold the load in so it's compact to carry. When adjusted correctly I hardly felt the load at all on my back, it made the 2-3 mile walks pretty easy with this bag. The capacity was good, I was even able to fit everything I bought while traveling - there always seemed to be more room.
My only complaint - I wish there was a separate compartment, like a bottom compartment for wet or dirty clothes. I would even have settled for a divider in the main compartment. I hate having to use plastic bags to separate out the clean and dirties.
A big plus - the rain cover/travel cover was great for when I decided to check my bag on the way home. It covers the entire bag keeping it clean and preventing straps from snagging in the luggage belts. A great add-on.
I was very happy with this product!

I gave the pack to my girlfriend as a gift, to use on our two week trip to Hawaii and it worked out real well. Just the right size and the straps and belly band were real comfortable. It would have been nice to have more compartments but this was not too big of a problem. We hope to use it for many years for day hikes and short trips. A real nice pack!

Service and delivery comments:

We picked up the pack at the Santa Rosa store and accidentally left the strap for the detachable purse/small pack at the store. When we returned to pick up the strap, they were unable to find it and also were unable and unwilling to replace it. Not a big deal but slightly inconvenient. We had called to check on the strap and were told that we could pick one up when we returned. Miscommunication?
