Comments about Atlas 925 Snowshoes:
I've used these snowshoes a few times this month already. Compared to some of the rental gear I tried before, the Atlas suspension system feels more natural to walk in. It allows for a few degrees of movement side-to-side to allow better engagement of the crampon to the surface below.
Previous reviewers commented on how this suspension flips up a lot of snow, but I did not find that the case unless I was attempting to run through deeper powder. Snow kicked up to about knee level, and wasn't a big deal to me at all.
The binding was easy to get into and out of, and was very easy to tighten down along the way with gloves on as there is just a single strap to pull.
I did not use gaiters, and did not have a problem with snow accumulating at ankle/shin level as I have had with another brand. These snowshoes were a lot of fun in the powder and less fun on harder packed stuff. They are build well. The rubber from the suspension hasn't cracked or stretched after several trips to Tahoe.

Comments about Atlas 925 Snowshoes:
We were invited to do a half marathon snowshoe race up in Tahoe, this was our first experience in snowshoes, we received the crash course lesson in snowshoes from the very knowledgeable staff and I choose the 925's due to the binding set up. it felt very comfortable standing there in the store..
The first couple of miles the bindings started to loosen up a bit, I assumed it was because they were new and I was working the bugs out.. After several more miles and a few more adjustments I noticed the rounded part of the top/forward strap of the binding was staring to dig into the top of my shoe and was rubbing a nice hole in my big toe.. Good times :(
I tried adjusting it what must be conservatively 20 times with no luck.. In the end I left a blood trail for the last 6ish miles of the race.. I believe if the top strap of the binding was changed it would be a good snowshoe however, at this time I cannot recommend this product
