This hooded jacket features 800-fill-power down, stabilized through a quilted construction and protected by a superlight but tough, windproof and water-resistant shell
Durable Water Repellent finish causes water to bead up and roll off, fending off light rain showers and snow
Attached hood seals around your face for toasty warmth
Nylon-bound elastic cuffs and drawcord hem seal warmth in and drafts out

The Patagonia down sweater is extreamly light weight yet keeps me warm in all cold conditions that I have experienced this winter (2012). For daily wear I love this "sweater" because it keeps you warm enough outside but not too warm when entering the indoors. I have received many compliments on this jacket. I liked this jacket better than any of the other brands because I am a size 12 and looked like the Michelin Man is all other down jackets that I tried on. I feel I definitely got the right jacket for me. LOVE IT!!!

This jacket is SUPER light weight, but very warm. Not bulky like other down can be. The hood provides extra protection from rain and wind. The sleeves are long enough to pull over hands which I like. This is an all around great jacket to pack for any occasion!
