    The R1 has really impressed me. I tend to run hot when doing any aerobic exercise and R1 has been a perfect mix of insulation and breathability. (Its best in the 30s F for me) It fits well, not too baggy and the sleeves are long enough. (I am a 6' 180 lb wearing a M) The R1 was a great purchase.
