Comments about REI Polartec 100 Teton Fleece Pants - Women's Regular:
These pants are amazing. I was in the market for a good fleece pant for a while and was so happy to find these. I like that they are slim fitting through the hip and lower leg, increasing skin contact which makes them feel warmer, and making it possible to wear them underneath outerpants, if necessary. My only complaint is that the wasit is a little tight, which is usually not a problem for me, since my hips and thighs are larger than my waist. BUT it wasn't a deal breaker. Pair these with down booties and a down jacket after a long, adventurous day and you will be in backpacking/camping heaven.

Comments about REI Polartec 100 Teton Fleece Pants - Women's Regular:
I love these pants, they are soft, warm and lightweight. They fit well in a functional layering system (base layer below, shell or insulated pants outside) for venturing outside in the cold, but are also really great for lounging around at home when it's chilly. There are zippered pockets and lower- leg zippers, both useful features. The waistline is at the natural waist and there is a thick elastic band (covered by soft fabric), which can feel a bit high and a little tight for casual wear but which works very well functionally if you are hiking and active outdoors. They aren't super cheap, but I'm really happy with the pants overall.

I have slept in these on a 30F night and stayed warm. They are also frequently layered under wool pants or waders for field work on the water and at night. Comfy for many hours at a time.

Comments about REI Polartec 100 Teton Fleece Pants - Women's Regular:
These fleece pants are great. The cut is very flattering, not baggy. Nice enough that you could wear them around town without feeling like you're slouching in sweats. I wear them hiking in winter and they keep me warm. The only problem I've had with them is that the color from the waistband rubs off on my clothes, and it won't wash out, so I've ruined a couple of tops.

Wore these pants into work today in 7 degree snowy weather, I stayed warm and dry. Water/snow/moisture in general rolls off beautifully and the fit is feminine, but not tight. Plan to take these on upcoming trip to Yellowstone!

Comments about REI Polartec 100 Teton Fleece Pants - Women's Regular:
I was looking for a warm fleece base layer for cold nights, and this was perfect! It is high-waisted, which I find more comfortable in the backcountry, and I love that it has pockets. It also has zippers at the ankle for easy on and off. I am 5'2" and pretty thin, so I got the XS. The waistband is a little tight, but it's not a huge problem. I also like that the legs are not very baggy, but I could also wear long underwear underneath it if I wanted to. The fleece material is on the thinner side, but they are still very warm. Overall, very comfortable for lounging at night after a good hike or even at home!

I bought the same kind about 4 or 5 yrs ago which I wear when the weather is cold. They have worn so I bought some new ones and love these even better! The fit is better and has pockets too, which I love about these pants!

Comments about REI Polartec 100 Teton Fleece Pants - Women's Regular:
I use for race walking or hiking in 40 degree weather. Lightweight enough and roomy but not baggy. 5'9", 135 lbs, medium regular fits almost perfectly. Waist to crotch length could be a tad longer, but not a problem. I want another pair.

Comments about REI Polartec 100 Teton Fleece Pants - Women's Regular:
I got these fleece pants with the intent of using them both as casual wear and as a mid-layer during backpacking. I've loved them for both. They are very comfortable and warm as a insulating layer both on the trail and at home. The only downside is that they "softness" of the pants make them a little less durable, but as long as your not climbing trees - you'll be fine!

Comments about REI Polartec 100 Teton Fleece Pants - Women's Regular:
These pants seem really warm when I had them on but I had to send them back because they were so short. I'm 5'6 and the pants just covered my ankles. They might be ok tucked into boots.
