      Comments about Sea to Summit Insect Shield Bug Jacket and Mitts:

      Used first time out of packaging in Sawtooth Mts on a multi-day trip. Watched mosquitos land, walk along mesh, probing through holes in mesh until they found a place where the mesh met my clothing or skin. Then - 'bite'. So, these are no more effective than plain netting; the supposed insect repelling nature of the permethrin in these had no effect at all.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
