The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about ExOfficio Give-N-Go Bikini Briefs - Women's:
These are THE best pair of undies I have worn yet! I don't think it's going to get any better!
I have always worn the Patagonia briefs, but they never were breathable, and they would pinch in uncomfortable spots. I wore Mediums in them.
After trying these briefs, I had NO moisture ALL day, they were VERY breathable. It felt like I had no underwear on! They were not uncomfortable at all and the Medium fit fine.
I run, bike, hike, camp, boat, and these ROCK!
Service and delivery comments:
I got these in TWO days! Awesome service, as usual!

I wear these all the time now; easy to care for if you do the towel trick. I have 8 pairs in dark colors. I won't buy the light colors because it's hard getting stains out of them. I fell in a mud puddle and the mud stain never came out of the white pair. So I bought the light blue &light green pair, same problem so I now only buy the dark colors. Very easy to pack; only pack 3 or 4 pairs (some people only bring 1 extra). I've had some for a few years and you can't tell the diff in the new and the old ones. They wear very well.

Took 4 pair of these on a 5 month trip – only 2 were new at the time. I've been back a few months and all are still in decent condition. I wash them in the sink (or shower or bucket) and hang them, and they're dry in the morning. If it's particularly damp or I need them to dry faster, I'll roll them up in a towel and squeeze. It's nice to have more than a few because there were times traveling when I didn't have a chance to wash up.

Comments about ExOfficio Give-N-Go Bikini Briefs - Women's:
These undies are the most comfortable, breathable, and fastest-drying I've used. All the other reviewers' comments apply, especially the towel trick to remove excess water after hand-washing - just remember to remove the undies from the towel and hang them out to dry! I've used other brands, including the more expensive high-end briefs (the brand, of course, remains nameless but REI does sell their products! - the latter are softer but not as breathable or as fast to dry), and these are overall my favorite. I've not experienced the staining problem with the white briefs, but then again I mostly own these briefs in black. In black, the briefs or the string bikini can masquerade as bikini bottoms.
Just don't wash them in a "sanitize" cycle - the very hot water seems to deteriorate the elastic, much to my dismay!

Comments about ExOfficio Give-N-Go Bikini Briefs - Women's:
For years I have used the Patagonia undies, thinking they were the holy grail of synthetic and quick drying undies. I was wrong. I bought these to try out for a 3 week backpacking trip last Sept (2010) and I have been wholeheartedly converted.
While the Patagonia ones are cuter, they pinch and soak in sweat more easily. These sit much more comfortably on my frame, wick well and keep me dry, essential when hiking 8-10 hours a day with a big pack! I took 2 of these on my 3 week backpacking trip in the Sierras, and I washed a pair every night so I would always have clean undies the next day. The smell washed out right away (using Dr. Boehner's) and they dried fast enough that I always had clean undies ready to go the next day.
They are so much more comfortable than the Patagonia ones, the fabric is silky with no tugging or pulling of the other ones. I highly recommend and am considering getting more for my daily use!

I have been a die-hard lover of patagonia's underware. Recently I have not liked their colors or designs, and it seems they are always out of stock. So, I tried these. I don't think I will go back to the expensive and hard to get patagonia underware. These are so light weight and soft. Just perfect for active booties. I only gave these 4 stars because the are a bit higher waisted than I would prefer. I also purchased the string bikinis, and they are perfect. So if you are looking for the perfect underpants with a higher rise, buy these, If you want a lower cut, try the string bikinis. Either way I am very happy with my purchase, so Happy in fact, I bought a pair of the ExOfficio boxers for my boyfriend!

Comments about ExOfficio Give-N-Go Bikini Briefs - Women's:
These are nicely made (good stitching, etc.), but they are a full size smaller than other brands (thus, if you normally order size 6 or Medium, order LARGE). Also, be aware that the fabric is heavily perforated--necessary for breathe-ability and quick drying, I expect, but I wasn't as fond of the look or feel as some other reviewers are. Still, they are likely a good, serviceable item if you order UP a size and like the screen-like type of fabric.

Bought these underwear in nude (don't show under khaki pants/shorts) to hike the month-long, 500-mile Camino de Santiago in Spain and love them! I brought 2 pair and hand-washed the pair I wore each night (w/ Bonners soap). They dry super-fast (literally in as little as 20 min.), were super durable after repeated hand-washes in a basin or with a washboard, washed up very well without odors, and were very comfortable while backpacking. They'll definitely be in my backpack next trip as well!

Comments about ExOfficio Give-N-Go Bikini Briefs - Women's:
Really, really great for travel and trail. I venture all over the world, so I'm often living out of my backpack or a suitcase. They are easy to hand wash and dry quickly, even in tropical climates. They seem to resist odor more than most underwear and they also seem to wick away the sweat. They work well in hot and cold weather.
Unfortunately, this style does not fit my body type properly (panty lines); however, their boy-cut briefs fit perfectly. I would recommend trying at least a couple different styles to find the right one for you. Believe me, it is worth it.

Comments about ExOfficio Give-N-Go Bikini Briefs - Women's:
Ok-I admit it, I am very persnickety about my underwear. My husband has the mens version and has been raving about them being the only underwear he wants to wear, all the time, every day! So I doubtfully bought some. These are the best undies ever, bar none! On the trial run, I wore them on a hot humid day and hiked for 10 miles, then changed all my clothes except these and went out for a night on the town. I kept wondering if I remembered to wear underwear that day, and then I thought Oh yeah they are the things that feel like silk, and about the only parts not sweaty were under these. I plan to slowly amass these undies until I can throw all others away. They really do wash and dry very easily and quickly, I have even accidentally put them in the dryer with no ill afffects. I will be taking these (and ONLY these kind) on my Australian trekking trip in a month. I have tried Patagonia, not even close, not as breathable and they crawl. Buy these and feel carefree!
