Oct 23, 2013Great shirt for hot weatherGreat shirt. I wore it on a birdwatching trip in the deserts of Nevada, Utah and Arizona. Nice lightweight material. Easy to wash out in the sink, dries fast to wear again the next day.

Washed by hand at night and was dry by morning. Just bought another for my next trip this winter (it's always summer over there). Got several complements on the look which I think of as "foreign correspondant". -

Read More Lightweight, cool shirt that fits the bill. Some nice features, two pockets, pit and back vents, little loop on the pocket and neck for hanging. Great for travel and I use it for work and casual wear as well. I usually hike in t-shirts but will try this one since the pockets can come in quite handy. Did not give five stars only because I have not had them long, so I have limited experience with them and cannot comment on durability, odor or that sort of thing. -

Read More I'm just a casual hiker / runner / camper / traveler / outdoorsy person, usually wearing cotton and jeans. This past summer, in the incredible heat and humidity, I said "enough" and purchased these hot weather, quick-drying and wicking shirts to wear casually. You still get hot...BUT you dry out quicker, you cool down faster, and you can feel the breeze through the vents and through the fabric. Plus, if you're sweaty, it won't stick to you making you feel miserable and irritable. Can't wait to take them hiking. There are really two things I'm not used to dealing with. First you have to be a bit more careful putting them in the wash. The tag says to wash using cold water and the delicate setting, and then ideally you have to let them air dry. (They dry quickly on a hanger.) The second thing is you can't let the freezer door touch you because you feel the cold immediately. It's almost like the fabric is thermally conductive, taking your heat and transferring it directly to the cold metal. Ha! -
Sep 24, 2013great all-around shirtGreat shirt for work or travel. Sometimes feels a little tight across the top of the back where the vent is, but doesn't really bother me.

Read More I really like the Sahara Tech shirt. For my small frame (5'8", 135lbs) it fits really well...not too baggy and not too long in the body. Feels like a quality shirt although I cannot speak on its' durability since I've not had it that long. My only gripe is that the little loop on the front left pocket is too small to hold my sunglasses (Oakley). It is not elasticized and does not stretch to accommodate large earpieces. -
