    I was planning on using these toe covers for commuting to school in the cold, wet DC winters. So, I decided to try them out today, a mild, dry day. My bike is about 1-1.5 miles, all on paved roads. I wore my smallest tennis shoes to make sure not to stretch the covers too far. Even with these precautions, when I got to school and took them off, the stitching on one had come almost completely undone. Yes, you read that correctly: these things fell apart after ONE 1.5 mile commute. I have some other LG items, and they seem to be of much higher quality than these pieces of junk, so maybe it's a quality control issue. You can bet they are going back and I'll be getting some booties instead of toe covers.
