I wore it today on a 16 mile run and loved the jacket. Definitely vents out sweat but absolutely keeps the wind out and kept me at a comfortable temperature. I never felt cold even in the spots with a 25 mph blowing. I haven't had a chance to wear when it's raining so I can't attest to that.

I mentioned 'no hood' as a con only because I know others would like this. I really don't care honestly as I wear a running hat when I'm out.

At first the jacket seemed stiff but it wasn't noticeable when I running. The fit was good - as expected for a large. 3 pockets - 2 hand pockets and one chest pocket with an inside hole for headphones. zippers are taped and glide smoothly.

overall, very happy with this purchase.
