      The cut is so flattering, especially if you are pear-shaped. I tried it on just for fun, but ended up buying it. I'm a size 8/10 and the medium fit best. This will be the perfect fall travel dress that can be dressy or casual. If I had to find a negative it would be that the dress is pretty low cut. A cami underneath would fix that though...

      I tried this dress on today in an REI store. I loved it, but I normally would wear a Large, and a Large was very tight on me. Very. I am concerned about whether an XL will fit, but I'm going to try, because it's a great dress. Ncice heft to the fabric, very flattering design. Just order one size larger than normal. (Who in Heaven's name would wear an XS???)

        Here's a Patagonia item that looks good on more than 5'8" skinny girls. I'm 5' and solidly built, yet find the dress flattering and comfy. The fabric is soft and drapes nicely. FYI, the 'chocolate' color is definitely purple, not brown. Can't wait to wear it with high boots and tights.
