Comments about Novara Stratos Bike Jacket - Men's:
Love the Jacket Use it EveryDay from September-May, great for west coast weather. On cold days just wear a warm fleece underneath and you are set.

Comments about Novara Stratos Bike Jacket - Men's:
I have the older version. This newer one seems to have some reflective piping, which is a small improvement. Other than that. Same jacket. In Alaska, it gets dark most hours, in the fall/winter months. Bright orange and yellow colors do almost nothing to help you be visible when it gets dark. They need to add a lot more reflective material to this jacket. I am constantly studying and observing what colors and materials really stand out and makes you noticeable, and reflective material is your life saver for dusk, dawn, and night time riding. Bright colors help in the daylight hours. Also, the neck opening is too small. I do have a big neck, but it seems the designers of this jacket never considered that all your under layers zip all the way up your neck too. This jacket being the outer layer, should have a bigger opening to accommodate your under layers zipped all the way up. It barely fits around my naked neck, and it's really uncomfortable to wear zipped all the way up. It makes me kinda choke and gag. I chose between that feeling, or the feeling of letting in the cold and or rain on my rides. Also, though not critical, not having hand pockets in the front is annoying. I keep sliding my hands in search of pockets that don't exist. There is no abrasion resistance either. Crash your bike and see how easily your expensive jacket gets shredded.
