      Please bring back the 2008 version

          The 2008 model of the pant was almost perfect for me. This new model is totally disappoinment. The fabric is noisy and pant is heavier than before because of fabric and additonal flaps. So compare to the 2008 model, which I like to give a 5 star, this new model deserves no star.

          So my suggestion is to bring 2008 model back and add zippers to rear pockets, but no need for flap.

                These are super stretchy and feel as comfortable as a pair of stretch pants/sweat pants but are not tight or restrictive. They wick water well, and wick away sweat from the body. I'm a water polo coach and get splashed for 2 hours a night but my legs stay dry with these on. I'm sure they're not "water proof" but my legs have never gotten wet when wearing them, and they dry SUPER fast, even in 40 degree weather. Would recommend, and they feel true to size.

                I've also worn these pants to a nice dinner with a button down shirt and received compliments on them. They look good enough for dress up, but are more comfortable than my favorite pair of sweat pants!

                    First, this is a good product, but you need to be certain of the required task. I brought these on a mountain trek in Austria, and they worked very well in cool damp and drizzly weather, but when we were hit with several days of very wet, rainy and snowy conditions, the pants became saturated and cold. We took refuge in a mountain huttes at the end of each day and they were quick to dry every night, though muddy. Next time I'll find something that is truly "waterproof." But I like my Mistrals. BTW--I'm wearing my Mistral pants today---it is cool and rainy.
