The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Chariot Carriers Infant Sling:
I've used the Infant Sling with our Chariot since my youngest baby was a couple weeks old. She appears to be completely comfortable in the seat, and because I use the Chariot almost daily to walk, we have gotten our money's worth. However, I think that few babies will comfortably fit in the Infant Sling by 10 months. It is more reasonable to expect 6 months of use out of the Infant Sling.
On my Chariot, from 2006, I had to install an extra pole. This was not the easiest process, as the frame of my Chariot was not quite symmetrical anymore. I had to then thread the Sling between this extra pole and the support at the top of the Chariot. Once the Sling is installed, you have to take the child restraint from the Chariot itself, and thread it through the Sling, and then pull the crotch strap up and thread it through the Sling. So, the child restraint part is still attached through the sling to the actual Chariot. This was not nearly as confusing to do, as it is to write. The Chariot still folds and unfolds without any adjustment to the Infant Sling.
All in all, I am very happy with the Infant Sling.

Comments about Chariot Carriers Infant Sling:
We purchased the infant sling so our infant would be able to ride along with our 2 yo. The installation took 15 min and was pretty straight-forward. Our 2 mo loved it. It worked great the first time out, with both children enjoying themselves. Not cheap, but at this point, we think it is worth it.
